What do you like best? I love the focus on the business/customer. I love the proactive approach. What do you dislike? false alerts; on synthetics screen if I want to edit all tests - I have to do 100 at a time. That's very time consuming and seems unnecessary. What do you like best? Ability to correlate all layers of the stack and determine root causes of problems. What do you dislike? There is no auto-discovery of batch applications and creating custom services is a bit clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding scalability concerns and root cause analysis. The visibility Dynatrace provides allows us to make better decisions when deploying apps and configuring infrastructure.
