What do you like best? Dynatrace has an excellent ability trace any web transaction. DrillDown feature is nice to go in depth in any transaction on application server. Pure path analytics is the another feature which gives you ability to list all transactions using the url. Filter option based on time, path and multiple custom parameters which are application specific. What do you like best? Interface and reporting outputs are much better than what we have classically had. It has given us the ability to spot iksseues sooner as well as gety to a root cause faster. What do you dislike? Account team and ease of use in U/I in the tool is much better than befor What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? OUtsage monitoring has been the area of fokcus since bringing the app on board

What do you like best? Service mapping is very informative. The mapping diagram is useful. What do you dislike? Some data seems to not provide value, which causes unnecessary bloat.
