What do you like best? Dynatrace takes away all the complex configurations and dynamiclly monitors your applications automatically. This frees up your time to work on more important things. A great tool for getting great performance insights with close to no configuration
What do you like best? Dynatrace is completely automated and its capacity to auto-discover services and provide recommendations from the beginning is quite impressive. The support and consultants are knowledgeable and proactive. The updates keep rolling out and keep improving this great tool. What do you dislike? Its incompatibility with legacy applications. What do you like best? Dynatrace provides the end user experience in using an application, and you can check it in real time. You can use more Dynatrace product and integrating them in order to follow every steps of a navigation and optimize them. Gives great insight but requires cultural shift to use it proactively
What do you like best? Easy to install. Gives visibility of your whole platform and how it interacts together. Discovers issues you didn’t know existed. What do you dislike? Difficult to get to the bottom of an issue as there are so many layers to drill into. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Awareness of issues before and after they occur so we can be proactive as well as reactive.
