I have never seen software do so much out of the box. Root Cause Analysis made Easy

What do you like best? Finding root cause for problems has taken time off of troubleshooting and helped lower our Mean time to resolution on operations issues What do you dislike? The gui is a little hard to learn where things are. Its a very big application but I think that will just get easier with use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Application issues and infrastructure contention issues are being found that we didnt know we had.

They are coming up with an amazing analytics dashboards

What do you like best? The analytic component added with a dash-boarding is amazing. What do you dislike? I was using the older version dmon which is not that good as the latest one.
