What do you dislike? Unable to implement Code level instrumentation of Python. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love this product!
What do you like best? They have a ton of support available and lots of training available - this is key for implementation. What do you dislike? nothing as of yet - my experience so far has been really good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need assistance in identifying application health - knowing BEFORE a major outage that we have an issue.

Dynatrace, harness the power of visibility
What do you like best? Oneagent provides easy of deployment and automated discovery. What do you dislike? Dynatrace has limited network capabilities What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Understanding End to End bottlenecks has always been an issue in troubleshooting end user complaints. Dynatrace not only provides full transaction tracing, but the ability to replay a customer's journey, allowing for quick fault isolation.
