"Very easy and useful to gain consumer knowledge"
What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Marketing? It is most useful to keep track of a client's campaign (when it starts, the internal processing of the contract, updates after a campaign launches). also SUPER helpful for highlighting target items of what a client wants for future campaigns as well as tracking the amount of times I've had a meeting /email with said client

What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Marketing? Incorporating D365 is helping us to streamline, automate, and improve much of our processes as well as increase visibility of various account data. And we're able to utilize a lot of customizations, API, and power automate functionality to customize it to the needs of our business
