What do you like best? The flexibility of Dundas is amazing. It can do just about anything you want to a visualization. It is also performs as fast as you would want a visualization tool to perform. It has just about every type of visualization you could want and it has the ability to use third party tools for those that are not yet included. Dundas is excellent for those who get very in-depth, but complicated for more casual users

What do you like best? Dundas is extremely flexible, which I love as a developer. The options on how I can customize are pretty limitless. What do you dislike? While the options to customize are vast, it can be overly complex at times. For more casual users who aren't in the system all the time, this can complicate things. Great experience with the team from the start of the process through delivery, they have some great folks that really care about what they do and know the product inside and out. What do you like best? Ease of building and updating dashboards to meet our business requirements. What do you dislike? Due to the amount of data we are calculating in some custom dashboards, it can take some extra time to load more complex dashboards. What problems are you solving with the product? Generally a very good user experience and quite easy to pick up in terms of basic dashboard construc

What do you like best? Ease of use. With a very short training session we were able to have multiple people in my group constructing dashboards and reports. Drag and drop is very intuitive. What do you dislike? I would prefer a bit of a longer support life for old versions. Being in a large organization, upgrades must go through various checkpoints that can take many months.
