They stole my money and dont wanna give it back to me. They are ignoring me when I ask for my money.
Ok so after I purchased their Basic plan I didn't like it. I contacted support to ask for a refund. They said, if you bought it in the last 72 hours, we can issue you a refund. They also said the admin will email me, yet, I got no email and more than a month has passed. One week ago I contacted their support once again and the replied after few days.
