What do you like best about dscout? Been using dscout for almost a year across a number of projects and truly is the most intuitive qual research tool I've used. Love that we can so quickly set up indepth interviews and online diary studies and it takes out a lot of the pain in managing research due to their new tools (e.g. automatic messaging of respondents, slack integration, video reel creation). What do you like best about dscout? dscout has become foundational to how our team conducts research. The platform is incredibly flexible and allows us to do everything from product testing to in-depth need-state based research. It has a wonderful UI and is incredibly easy to use.

What do you like best about dscout? The pool of participants Dscout offers is great and we never have issues finding scouts that meet our requirements. The ability to engage with scouts throughout the process is unique and also super beneficial for asking followup and clarifying questions.

What do you like best about dscout? Everything about the platform is designed around providing the best experience to the participants of the project. Missions work on mobile, which allows people to give feedback on the go. Because it gives native experience, very easy to do what they coin as "in-context" research, where the scout is actually using your product in real time.
