This is our underwhelming experience with Dryfta in our international conference held in Spain this year in March: - Multilingual issues: although it is advertised as multilingual, it didn’t really work as such. The many issues that popped up throughout the conference preparation were fixed little by little to our cost in time, help desk emails and struggles with the unfriendly UX. - Admin pages reloaded everytime you clicked on a button (their developers seem to ignore Ajax technologies) ...

What do you like best about Dryfta? Specifically designed for academic conferences, including judging. There are no other products that do all of the things that this system does, including judging. There are stand alone judging products, but they are very expensive.

What do you like best about Dryfta? Our favorite thing about Dryfta is that we can manage our how conference from right within the system. We didn't think this would be possible to find in a system that would fit within our budget. Instead of having to log into multiple different systems, we are able to do everything within Dryfta:

What do you like best about Dryfta? Aside from diversity of features, I am continually impressed by the fantastic customer service. If you ever have a question or comment, the Dryfta team responds almost immediately.

What do you like best about Dryfta? Outstanding customer service. Any questions we have are answered quickly, and problems are resolved. Platform is robust and customizable- it does nearly everything we need it to do when planning our annual conference: session proposals, registration + payment, website design.

GSSA 53rd Annual Congress

For this year's congress, we did not use all Dryfta's features, simply because we did not have enough time to familiarise ourselves with everything Dryfta has to offer. The online submissions worked well overall. Parts of some abstracts 'vanished', apparently because of some characters included in the text. The adjudication process did not function properly, but it should be sorted for the next event. There was a problem at the venue with the Wifi, so delegates did not use the App as ...

The customer service for installing your own dryfta platform was absolutely outstanding. The help provided was always very patient, friendly and helpful.

What do you like best about Dryfta? In reviewing the options, we found Dryfta to be the best solution for us. It offers all the aspects we needed, plus more. Dryfta is also very functional and easy to use. It enabled us to not only build the event website content--but allowed us to effectively communicate with attendees/prospects, offer a CfP, and coordinate registration.

What do you like best about Dryfta? I like that I can manage all of my conference information in one place: proposals, reviewers, attendees, tickets, website, app, etc. This was a requirement after having been working with 6 different platforms to manage my events: Submittable, Google Forms, our own website, Eventbrite, spreadsheets, etc.

What do you like best about Dryfta? The platform is great; very plastic and customizable. We were able to receive payments, track registrants and abstracts and monitor everything in a very simple way. The interface is clear and simple, yet it has all that you need.
