A tool with much to give to perform an optimal operation.

What do you like best? Dropbox Paper is the key piece to integrate it with other software such as Trello to make good use of the program. However, I also use it to have considerable time savings with my files or documents. That is, there are times that I need to send the same document several times and I can do it, but there are also times that I need to edit it previously and it is something that this program does, edits and simultaneously sends the same project to several people. What ...

Dropbox is easy to use and helpful

What do you like best? Dropbox has been helpful in sharing documents with colleagues who are not on site and compiling our information in one place. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about dropbox that I have seen so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use dropbox to share ideas and documents from remote locations.

Swiss army knife content tool

Also it's recently expanding functionality with calendar views and assigning to dos to make it a valid option for small proje t management. What do you dislike? I think the layout customisation options could be better especially when it comes to a set of imagery being embedded in the ...

Great for marketing planning and project management

What do you like best? I mainly use for the marketing team and collaborating on projects. It's a great tool to all be able to manage and collaborate in one place, especially when people are in and out and on the move. What do you dislike? Something I would love is to see is the to-do list having more automatic capabilities. I would like these to be able to be added to the timeline without having to manually do it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it! It ...

Dropbox Paper is a collaborative space that stimulates teamwork.

What do you like best? Dropbox Paper is an excellent manager and assistant to develop projects. It makes an exhaustive monitoring of the progress that each task we have to deliver. It tracks both the tasks and documents prepared by us, and those we create together with other users. Send us notifications to know what stage each of these tasks is. Another aspect to highlight is that if we make a document and wish to make a presentation the program does it automatically and the result is ...

Easy to use with cool design

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use, the design is simple and not cluttered, and I like that it is fairy easy to use as a collaboration tool when it comes to documents. I also love the smart way of integrating links inside the document, and the table of contents that is always there on the side to be shown if needed. What do you dislike? I dislike that all documents are public (within the company) and that restriction cannot be applied, and I also do not like that I ...

Easy to Learn

What do you like best? I like the ability to collaborate, and also assign someone a task by linking the person's username. The other great feature is the ability to see edits made once the file is shared. What do you dislike? It gets a bit too noisy if there are too many changes made, and if it's an important doc, it's important that I don't unsubscribe from the doc, but the frequent updates do get annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Very useful and productive

What do you like best? I like the ease of sharing documents with my coworkers. Sometimes documents don't always transfer when editing and this system was much better to use. What do you dislike? Overall very pleased and would use again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have yet to have a problem. The benefits include easiness of sharing documents. Also, I enjoyed the presentation use.

Leave your documents online for any access

What do you like best? For professionals who like more efficiency in getting their work done, Dropbox Paper is a great solution for editing documents, text and spreadsheets we can do together with other users, where everyone can contribute their opinions and expertise. What do you dislike? The limitations to perform more complex configurations are limited. It is a well-rounded program for simpler accomplishments without any resources to make the document more professional. Nor are all ...
