What do you like best? Easy to use, you can upload and download files easy and more important quickly What do you dislike? Once we had an event and needed a document we had on Dropbox but the whole site was down for a few hours and we couldn't access it. Vulnerable to hackers in the past. Get services but missing key features.

What do you like best? When working on a project for a client, I can leave comments and question on any part of the document or to do list. This way all the notes are kept together. I don't need a fancy project manager in more cases and my clients can understand Dropbox Features. Most my clients already have a Dropbox account.
