This is a great tool to be used my multiple people within a company to access files easily.

Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like everyone has access to the shared folders and that you can see if someone else is working in the same file as you so you don't overlap each other's changes. What do you dislike? no immediate complaints come to mind for this product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Are able to save everything digitally in a database the whole company has access to

Great way to share documents discreetly

What do you like best? That it only goes to users I give access to- and still have my own private files as well to access What do you dislike? Sometimes it gets too full of documents and you have to pay for more space What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization skills, privacy

Easy Sharing

What do you like best? Dropbox saves you harddrive space, you’re able to share documents with countless employees and cuts down on attachment emails. What do you dislike? It could be easier to find specific people. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommended. It’s easy and efficient. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You save space on your hardrives, less emails with attachments by using Dropbox.

What do you like best? Compatibility with so many different apps and platforms What do you dislike? Dropbox is awesome for large files!

What do you like best? I like that you can easily share docs with other staff and upload large files to it as well. What do you dislike? I dislike the amount of storage space that you have to upgrade too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For business benefits you can easily access and share large files with team. It is efficient and can easily label files.

What do you like best? It makes it extremely easy to save documents and share across the company anywhere in the world. As well as share with external folks What do you dislike? I have not found anything I do not like at this time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team collaboration with multiple folks accessing files

What do you like best? It's easy to use, upload, download and share. What do you dislike? Maybe more space for less pricing. That would help What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier to share our files to customers or consultants

It streamlines file sharing

What do you like best? We've modified it to have the dropbox folder as a drive over the network, so everyone has access to it. What do you dislike? Constant notifications are a pain. Seems every time there's a windows update, I have to go back and change it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instant file sharing, both internally in the office, as well as with remote locations.

Dropbox Definitely Does NOT Drop The Ball

What do you like best? The best thing about dropbox for me is the ease of integration between my desktop and phone. I can upload directly from my photo app on my phone and access them immediately from my desktop. Once sharing the folder, the media is immediately in the hands of whoever I shared it with! What do you dislike? The only real dislike that I have currently is the popup windows that are just plain annoying. I'm sure there is a way to turn the notifications off though. ...
