Convenient But Can Be Hard Use

What do you like best? I really like that dropbox is very convenient for both regular users and non-users. What do you dislike? Even though it is convenient it is not really as accessible...I know a couple of people who have had trouble navigating around the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It's a great tool that helps to keep my team organized and allows us to access our information from virtually anywhere we go. Easy to use for small businesses!

What do you like best? It has a VERY easy interface, and is simple to use across multiple platforms.
