Drip is great for setting up email campaigns and seeing their engaged with the website.

What do you like best? Easy to manage email subscriber list and see activity What do you dislike? I find the dashboard a bit confusing but is easier as time goes one Recommendations to others considering the product: Drip is great for setting up email broadcasts and campaigns. It is awesome to be able route subscribers to different email campaigns with the tags. I also like being able to set emails to draft mode and have someone else review it before setting it to ...

Extremely robust email marketing tool.

What do you like best? The number of features offered and workflow interface in my opinion are unmatched. The ease of navigation is great and intuitive. The email templates are beautifully designed. The campaign templates make new funnel creation much quicker. What do you dislike? Compared to similar tools, I find it to be a bit over priced. I have recommended drip to a number of people and the price has deterred many. The Sendowl integration is extremely ...

Solid program - easy to use

What do you like best? I love that Drip fully connects to my Shopify store. You can then segment customers based upon past purchases that allows you to easily create targeted lists to send emails. I love the work flows that allow you (to a degree) set it and forget it. Example work-flows, abandoned cart, past purchase, etc. What do you dislike? I have had some issues with workflows that just stop working sometimes. Usually, support has been really great (chat), but as of late, I ...

It's great! Can be improved but is still very very good

What do you like best? I love the integrations, especially to Facebook. It makes our targeting easier and better. I also love the automations and bulk actions. I started using Drip before their email builder so it was just texts and basic images but now their builder has a lot of options so I also love that. You now have the option to change header backgrounds even the background of the body of text which is great. You can also arrange the layout and that is very handy when you want to ...

A beautiful user interface coupled with smart and easy to use features

What do you like best? I love the beautiful UI and how easy Drip makes things like managing workflows. I came from probably the largest email provider (that starts with a M) and thoroughly enjoy using Drip more. Even the email builder is fun and easy to use (albeit not super advanced, but that's fine!). I love their extensive list of guides and walk through videos. There's endless ideas in there for how I can improve my email marketing and I'm only small percentage of the way ...

Worked with ~5 other marketing platforms and drip is my favorite.

What do you like best? The broadcasts, workflows, and rules all work really nicely together to give you automated marketing when you want it or a more bulk message when you need it. What do you dislike? Forms, lead collection, and landing pages. They all need work - the quality of their list building tools is so far not great but I know they are working on it. I also wish they would continue to expand some of their integrations. What problems are you solving with the ...

Super intuitive

What do you like best? We shifted from MailChimp to Drop because MailChimp wasn't intuitive enough for us. We're entrepreneurs, not digital emailing experts, so we needed something easy to use. Drip proved to work like a charm, so we're now getting a lot more efficient at sending emails! Also, the ease of using tags automatically when users register on our site is fab and making our life incredibly easy from a workflow point of view. What do you dislike? So far, nothing to ...

So easy to use!

What do you like best? I really appreciate having templates for emails and examples of how to do things - for someone who is a relative novice this is a game changer. I also appreciate their attention to revenue earned.... after all we're in business! What do you dislike? I don't know if it's me or it's Drip but sometimes tech overwhelms me. The good thing is that I can easily reach out and ask for support - their help desk is great. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Quick, easy, and effective!

What do you like best? I love the ease with which I'm able to create a broadcast email and I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time - I can simply use a prior email as a template and update it. What do you dislike? I feel like I could definitely learn more to fully use the platform, I'd love some short training videos. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching customers directly and making announcements about changes to ...

Drip has been super helpful automating our follow-ups

What do you like best? The workflows have been helpful for automating our follow-ups What do you dislike? There can sometimes be a delay when sending emails which is annoying when we're trying to send a fast customer response to an order What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using Drip to capture leads for software trials
