Drip does what it says it will do for the most part - until you need support from them

What do you like best? My favorite feature of Drip is the ability to utilize tags and visual funnels. What do you dislike? I do not like the lack of features and integrations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drip helps you segment and automate your funnel based upon behaviors and actions.

The package includes basics like opt-in and templates, etc. while it has advanced capabilities in tags and categorizing your promotional emails based on the types of customers you plan to send them to. Great start but has a long way to go

What do you like best? The simplicity of the design and platform is fantastic. The ability for us to segment our list to the specific product and past purchases has been fantastic. Automations have been very helpful but are sometimes really hard to get set up correctly. What do you dislike? The actual triggers for the workflows are not very clear and not reliable.
