User friendly visual automation builder

What do you like best? The visual nature of workflows makes it really easy to see the journey people will take. What do you dislike? The email builder (inclduing the visual builder) still lags behind Mailchimp and klaviyo. An upgraded email builder would, in my mind, put drip.com miles ahead of the competition. Recommendations to others considering the product: Understand that the visual builder has significant limitations. Integration with woocommerce, shopify, and other ...

Mostly good - few things I’d change

What do you like best? I love the reporting - DRIP shows you dollars contributed from your mail campaign which gives you something measurable. What do you dislike? I wish it was more customizable without having to do HTML. Sometimes my campaign emails turn out weird with the way it is setup. Also DRIP can be quite complicated to setup What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems solved are email campaigns that are shoppable . I ...

Couldn't imagine not using Drip

What do you like best? Super easy to organise my contacts and communicate with them. Love the Shopify integration. What do you dislike? Chat support has gone for the lower level accounts. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organising all my contacts and communicating with them effectively depending on what stage they are in their customer journey.

Don't do business with them

What do you like best? The program is easy to use, and helps boost sales more than we could have ever imagined. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes about this company - they are the best. Recommendations to others considering the product: TRY IT , on the lowest end we make 10K more then we pay for the service each month. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reengaging customers, and boosting sales.

So much better than Mailchimp

What do you like best? I love the workflows and automation. You can set up triggers and checks to filter out or add subscribers automatically to a campaign or a broadcast. I also love the integrations, the WooCommerce integration lets us see how much revenue we've received through a specific email we've sent. It's also amazing that we can use a lot of systems we are already using to integrate to Drip, makes our lives easier. If you are running ads on Facebook this is incredible as you ...

Drip is a game changer!

What do you like best? Easy to use user interface with dark mode, easy and visual automation builders. What do you dislike? Forms could have more functionality and tags should have an option to be organized as it can get messy with 100+ tags. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drip is a great CRM for what we need at the moment. Integrates with all our tools for membership site and works great. It’s easy to use and fast.

Automatic Emails and Broadcasts Made Easy

What do you like best? Customer management including adding emails (whether single addresses, a list of addresses, or a spreadsheet) is super easy and it tracks who's unsubscribed in the past, etc. If you accidentally delete one or more, they're not permanently blocked (this is why I left my last provider). What do you dislike? It took me a hot minute to realize that their terminology was different than what I was used to and I do wish there were more simple custom tools for ...

Easy interface, very flexible

What do you like best? The user-friendly interface is attractive and easy to use. It's simple to add new people and set up broadcasts. What do you dislike? The navigation is a little counter-intuitive. I also wish that lists of my People were by their first name and not email. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing my large list of social media ...

The best email marketing tool I've used.

What do you like best? The depth of automation but ease of use. What do you dislike? I haven't seen an easy way to send one off emails to a list. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to automatically respond to users while building new lists is amazing. The compatibility with other software that I use to integrate is great.

Already recommending Drip

What do you like best? Drip has advanced functionality which is impressive. It’s easy to use and tech support has been fast and thorough. What do you dislike? I’d love more flexibly on campaign settings and how these relate to unsubscribes. So the first email can be transactional in a campaign and then it can switch to commercial. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drip let’s me look after customers and potential customers with ...
