What do you like best about Drift? Can see alert BDR for Acct visiting the site in real time. Can have 100+ different conversations with website visitors. "Website visitor interaction facilitates inbound leads"

What do you like best about Drift? I like how I can interact with people on the website in real time. You rarely get to interact with a real person and have a real back-and-forth conversation without just chatbot responses. What do you dislike about Drift? I think the bot moves too fast when offering a calendar to book some time on. What do you like best about Drift? Drift is amazing. Prospective customers (and current customers) can reach out to our team to see immediate 1:1 human support. "Great for Sales Development Teams"

What do you like best about Drift? The auto book feature is really nice. We have a lot of prospects who come in on our out of office hours or over the weekend, so having a feature where they can just book directly to my calendar is perfect. What do you dislike about Drift? I wouldn't say there is much I dislike about Drift but I would say a feature they may be missing out on would be to have the ability to route to the lead to the right rep based off territory of the prospect. "Easy way to connect with your customers"

What do you like best about Drift? I especially love that I have Drift on my phone! It makes talking with customers so easy and seamless. What do you dislike about Drift? There isn't anything I can think of. Everything is great. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Drift makes it easy to engage with customers. I have personally been able to book many meetings that lead to opportunities for our oraganization.

What do you like best about Drift? I really enjoy using it to reach out to my accounts expeditiously, but it also helps me prioritize which accounts to reach out to based on their engagement in Drift. What do you dislike about Drift? What do you like best about Drift? What I like about Drift is that you are able to create a Playbook, and customize the interaction and questions that your bot will have with a visitor to the site.
