What do you like best about Drift? Really easy platform to learn and build on Great support team with suggestions for optimization What do you dislike about Drift? The SalesForce connection hasn't really worked yet. We would love to have that piece for ROI purposes. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Very easy way for leads to set meetings directly with us. The live chat feature is great for capturing leads while they're ready to talk now.

There are so many ways to customize the lead routing and audience targeting to meet business needs. What do you like best about Drift? The thing I like the best is the instant ability to connect and offer assistance to a customer on our website. What do you like best about Drift? Easy to use and build chatbot experiences - helps massively with adoption from our sales team and is very easy to use for prospects. What do you dislike about Drift? Nothing in particular, the sync with HubSpot CRM could be better What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? "Drift has been easy to use and efficient in getting us qualified meetings with prospective customers"

What do you like best about Drift? Drift is very easy to understand and user-friendly when creating chatbot flows (Playbooks). At the end of the day, it's all about converting prospects into qualified leads for us and Drift has already secured multiple meetings within the first two months of use.
