What do you like best about Drift? Easy to use and build chatbot experiences - helps massively with adoption from our sales team and is very easy to use for prospects. What do you dislike about Drift? Nothing in particular, the sync with HubSpot CRM could be better What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us engage buyers in real-time, as they are browsing our website. We also use Drift for meetings scheduling for our BDRs and automating our content delivery.
