What do you like best about Drift? It keeps inbound leads easy to track and organized. What do you dislike about Drift? I haven't experienced any downsides as of yet. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing for me as an inbound sales rep to manage all of my inbound leads for those visiting our website

What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Problem of not having a platform to send personalized videos & not knowing in real time what your prospects are doing
