"Drift has been great for our sales team"
What do you like best about Drift? Drift has allowed our scattered sales force to participate in sales conversations at a moments notice. What do you dislike about Drift? only long term issue is when appointments are being sought that it does not appear all of the sales team gets to be a part of that. The appts typically land on me and only me. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? when people want to talk to someone now, in theory is always someone

"Easy to navigate, does the work for me of booking meetings"
What do you like best about Drift? Drift shows what companies are on our website, helps book meetings for those who are interested, and so much more. It's so user-friendly as well. What do you dislike about Drift? Nothing so far, sometimes drift video is a little slow to load but that might be my wifi. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Booking meetings with those on the website in real time

What do you like best about Drift? - Extremely intuitive environment and UI - Regular updates and visible changes - Communication of updates What do you dislike about Drift? - Sometimes having even too many choices - Routing options are overwhelming and need a lot of trial and error or assistance from experienced consultant What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? "User of Drift soft-ware"
What do you like best about Drift? Able to join more people It is extremely quick and easy to use external software apart from the well-known softwares for example Intercom Chat What do you dislike about Drift? Drift could have better payment options or packages What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving problems of being connected with clients i am not necesarily able to get in contect with physically so Drift breaches that gap.

What do you like best about Drift? Being able to chat with customers and have everything integrated with salesforce is amazing. What do you dislike about Drift? What do you like best about Drift? User interface is very intuitive. Gives you great insights into the orgs researching and currently on your site. Their support has been great.
