"Great user experience"

What do you like best about Drift? Multiple platforms. The Application allows me to respond to leads atbrhe drop of a dime. "A great new tool for outreach."

What do you like best about Drift? I really enjoy the daily drift activity emails. These emails provide insights on account activities and specifics around what content these accounts are engaing with. What do you dislike about Drift? "Drift - The Easy Way to Connect to Prospects"

What do you like best about Drift? I have loved Drift as it has made it simple to connect to prospects who want to know more about our product. Booking meetings has become significantly easier with the help of Drift. What do you dislike about Drift? What do you like best about Drift? Outside of the chatbot capabilities, ease of use and analytics - I love the "Prospector" tool and Fastlane. See highly engaged accounts and increase speed to lead. What do you dislike about Drift? I love the Drift video component of the platform - (on us not Drift). "Drift is an amazing tool."

What do you like best about Drift? What I like best about drift is that you need a company's email domain to enter that chatbot. What do you dislike about Drift? There is nothing I dislike about Drift. It's literally a perfect tool. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the wait time for prospects that come onto our chatbot. It's benefiting the sales team because we're able to meet qualified meetings through it.

"SO much better than Intercom"

What do you like best about Drift? It's easy to use, and in real time. I like that is sends a review email. What do you dislike about Drift? I don't really have an answer for this. I guess be notified immediately if our accounts are on instead of checking periodically or after. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to chat with prospects we have been trying to chat with when they get on our website

"Drift is excellent for surfacing the potential customers visiting your site!"

What do you like best about Drift? You can see exactly when and where people are visiting your site. I like the UI. It's easy to use. What do you dislike about Drift? It is sometimes difficult to see the alerts for people chatting live on the site. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to know the best customers to reach out to and their location.

"Your shortcut to pipeline generation"

What do you like best about Drift? Simple to implement and flexible for a number of use cases. You can start slow and then scale up as you build out new motions in your playbook. Your SDR team will love it. What do you dislike about Drift? It creates value that scales over time. As such, it's not cheap. What do you like best about Drift? I love how easy it is for prospects to book meetings directly with team members What do you dislike about Drift? I don't like how the app sometimes gives too many notifications and when the notifications are turned off, then it is hard to see who has messaged and booked What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? Drift is solving automation of meetings booked and filling in for conversations with prospects
