PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's very user-friendly with easy-setup playbooks. Drift also features options for either a chatbot, or live agents answering basic questions, and can even be connected to the team's calendars for one-on-one meetings with clients. Drift is very easy to use even for a newbie like me, from building playbooks for our company's website to their hypergrowth conference and data collecting function for all things conversational marketing. So much so that I was quickly able to link it to our pages on Linkedin, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Drift is a great!

Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!
