highly satisfied with this EMR

I have been using DrChrono since 2016 as a solo provider. I love the presentation/look, how easy it is to navigate, the east of use on different platforms (my iPhone or iPad), and how prescribing, labwork, billing, etc. is all integrated. I have used a number of EHR/EMR throughout my career, and this one has been the most user friendly.

Very user friendly and customizable

Very user friendly and customizable. I use it on my laptop. Can also be used on an iPad. Works with a lot of external apps and softwares. I highly recommend this for an Electronic medical record platform.

Promises.....

Many promises about customization but really when it came down to it, they offered to load a few forms but counted one form with two pages as multiple forms. So many promises but very delayed responses. I just realized that even on the lowest end this is very pricey for a fraction of features offered elsewhere.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS EMR. We signed with them in dec 2019, excited for a new EHR-This system was full of features new to us. Things started ok in Jan for training, but after closing in March due to COVID we reached out early April to start the data migration. It took our onboarding team a month to start. What do you like best about DrChrono by EverHealth.? The system is fairly robust and includes a patient portal, billing implementation, form building, e-rx capabilities, diagnosis code search etc.

My son's doctor's office uses onpatient by dfchrono and I had so many problems judy trying to get our account set up. But the worst problem of all is that when I tried to pay my bill, I got an error message that led me to believe the transaction had failed. I did this several times. Eight in fact.
