Aweful - I've now had 3 patients double charged for billing due to an issue with their system. Worst part is the company has no idea how to fix it. Huge issue and patients tend to get very upset when you over charge them - becoming ex-patients who leave nasty online reviews. I now know of several other providers who have also had a lot of issues with the ckmpany. DON'T use this EMR.

Big mistake!!
If you buy this software, this will be your biggest mistake of life. The sales staff promised something else and then they sell you a totally different thing. Their product is worthless. The after sales service is pathetic as it’s been more than 4 months that I have bought their software and no one has set up my software so far and thus it is still unusable. "It’s an all in one system "
What do you like best? I like that it’s an all in one system from soap notes to charts, client information and scheduling it is a turn key software system.
