This company is the worst I've ever had…
This company is the worst I've ever had to deal with in medical software. Their sales team will tell you literally anything you want to hear in order to complete the sale. They will then aggressively push a one-year payment in advance(usually it's month-to-month), and when you bite they've got you. Most horrendous experience with a company in my career
A DrChrono sales rep convinced my secretary that DrChrono would make the office better and then signed a contract with her (not me the doctor and owner of the practice). It now has been over 1 year of my credit card being charged $499/month and the software has still not been implemented. Once their sales rep made the sale and the credit card starts being charged monthly everything stopped. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. "USEFUL AND HELPFUL FOR MEDICAL BILLING "
What do you like best about DrChrono by EverHealth.? This software works extremely in a good way and perfectly. First, it keeps the calendar, documentation, case notes, pictures, does tolerant charging and even patient reaching a messaging. Secondly, this software is users friendly, easy to use, intuitive and easy to navigate. I just love it.
