Incredible Enterprise-Grade Rank Tracking Tool

What do you like best? I've used every type of rank tracking tool you can think of, and Dragon Metrics has blown away my expectations. Great UI, unbelievable support, and extremely accurate data. We are particularly focused on non-Google search engines in Asia now, and there's nothing better on the market than Dragon Metrics. What do you dislike?
