What do you like best about Drag? Works really well with gmail. Essentially creating a one-stop shop. I really enjoyed that feature the most. Customer service is very prompt through chat. "Excellent support & ahead of other products."

What do you like best about Drag? Cutting edge Google Workspace integration. Being able to add individual e-mails to a board without forwarding or CC saves lots of time. Setup took me a while since I have multiple domains on the Google backend, but everything is working. The few issues I have had, I could access live support within a few minutes, which has tremendous value to me. What do you like best about Drag? The support team is great! I like the activity feature as well. Our team is still getting used to using Drag so we are still learning! What do you dislike about Drag? One thing we do wish was a feature was the ability to have subfolders/tags within the Drag board, so we don't have to physically log into the shared inbox to file emails that no longer need to be on the Drag board.
