What do you like best about Drag? I enjoy having an organized system that is easy for new people to follow. What do you dislike about Drag? There seems to be an issue that is causing emails to go missing. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization in a team atmosphere. It helps when there is a lot of people all working together.

What do you like best about Drag? The kanban board system is an excellent feature of managing team functions into an organizational way. What do you dislike about Drag? We are losing some when merging, kind of glitch and lost. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? By using the parent merging card feature we now have organized our inbox much better.

What do you like best about Drag? The ability to relocate emails onto a page viewable by multiple people is beneficial. There are also tags and color coordination capabilities that help with organization. It eliminates the need to cc a bunch of people on an email. I'm sure there are many more benefits I have yet to discover. What do you dislike about Drag? Using Drag limits you to using one email account. When attempting to use another account at the same time, it will cause the plug-in to ...

"Great for Task Management and Team Organization"

What do you like best about Drag? I like the benefits of having a shared inbox. It keeps our team organized, prevents email collision, and we no longer have to cc each other on every email to access simple records. What do you dislike about Drag? Drag doesn't have access to the actual email contents, so, in our case, the search feature is pretty much useless unless we add specific information in the notes or chat section. What do you like best about Drag? I like the chat/comment functionality to the right of the email threads, which promises to cut down on giant threads full of one-line answers that get buried. What do you dislike about Drag? There are some bugs, like inbox count disappearing. "Excellent Overall Features - Supercharges Groups and Shared Inboxes"

What do you like best about Drag? The collaboration tools - everything from notes, attachments, tagging, kanban views, and more make working in a shared space with teams a breeze. It turned our email account into a "dashboard" of sorts which allowed people to very quickly and efficiently monitor the status of emails and prioritize. What do you dislike about Drag? Very little, there were just a few times over ~1.5 years where the Boards encountered a glitch, but those were always resolved ...

What do you like best about Drag? Works really well with gmail. Essentially creating a one-stop shop. I really enjoyed that feature the most. Customer service is very prompt through chat.
