"Review of Drag"
What do you like best about Drag? I that we can collaborate in our personal email. It makes it easier not to have to log in to different emails. That's probably the best feature of Drag. I also think that the mobile version of the app is pretty good. What do you dislike about Drag? I don't like that there are not any of the folders that we have in our email. Sure, there are boards, but not the folders to place our files in. If I could change anything, that's what I would do. What problems ...

"Great for our team!"
What do you like best about Drag? We have a team that takes turns reviewing email submissions, and this makes it extremely easy for everyone to log in! What do you dislike about Drag? I'm still figuring out how to use the app on my phone; the desktop version is great so far though What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issues of multiple people having access to an email account at varying times. Log in and tracking tickets is much easier.

What do you like best about Drag? I like the ease of use. Simply drag and drop into whatever column to organize. My team uses it for help requests and as a platform to handle incoming requests to join our site. It has made the organization of incoming requests easier to handle and put it all in one unified space so everyone has access to work on requests. What do you dislike about Drag? What do you like best about Drag? Drag is easy to use and has helped me and my team stay organized. What do you dislike about Drag? Figuring out the pricing was a little tricky, but their customer service was excellent and helped me along the way. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? My inbox is now organized and can assign tasks to different team members. Now we know when things are getting done.
