"Drag is exactly what we needed for better collaboration within our non-profit organization"

What do you like best about Drag? How we can handle mail dialogue with members more effectively than we used to with google groups. And, of course, how we have become way better at setting up projects and following up on tasks. What do you dislike about Drag? I may have overlooked how we can do this, but I would like to be able to manage and use project templates ready with tasks, for example for projects that we repeat every year. "Saves a bunch of time"

What do you like best about Drag? I can very quickly see the status of everything through multiple boards. What do you dislike about Drag? Sometimes I have to reload Gmail or turn the Drag slider on and off in order to be able to open an email in a shared inbox. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? We were constantly triggering 2FA logging in and out of each others email accounts. It's great not to deal with that.

What do you like best about Drag? Colorful, clean interface and no need to log in and out of multiple email addresses. What do you dislike about Drag? You cannot change the email subject when replying through a shared inbox. We rely on filters triggered by email subjects in our workflow, so it's a big deal. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a small staff and this allows us to use multiple email accounts to keep different parts of enrollment processing ...

What do you like best about Drag? The ease of assigning messages and moving messages to various columns is helpful to track completed and in-progress tasks. What do you dislike about Drag? As of yet, it doesn't appear that I can pull up all emails associated with a particular tag. This may be possible, I just haven't figured it out yet. "Better workflow for managing multiple inboxes"

What do you like best about Drag? I love that I can access both my personal email and business email in one location - it makes it much easier than having to toggle back and forth. It also helps me feel more connected to my team because accessing the inbox is just one button away. What do you dislike about Drag? I wish we could use more sub-folders with the Drag feature.
