What do you like best about Drag? I love that I can access both my personal email and business email in one location - it makes it much easier than having to toggle back and forth. It also helps me feel more connected to my team because accessing the inbox is just one button away. What do you dislike about Drag? I wish we could use more sub-folders with the Drag feature. What do you like best about Drag? We have a very small, all part to little time helping perform IT duties across a variety of upgrades, old infrastructure, and mixture of types of assets. Really like tracking issues through a life cycle ensuring the top priority issues are tracked to closure. What do you dislike about Drag? What do you like best about Drag? Shared inbox but still secure! The extra features are nice too such as tasks and notes although I haven't used them much yet. I am most excited about the ability to all access the same inbox and reply as the same "person" What do you dislike about Drag? I wish we could use folders like Gmail. We do a lot of organization of emails with folders but Drag has different methods for organizing like tags. That will just be something we have to get used ...

What do you like best about Drag? We have a team that takes turns reviewing email submissions, and this makes it extremely easy for everyone to log in! What do you dislike about Drag? I'm still figuring out how to use the app on my phone; the desktop version is great so far though What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issues of multiple people having access to an email account at varying times. Log in and tracking tickets is much easier.

What do you like best about Drag? I like the ease of use. Simply drag and drop into whatever column to organize. My team uses it for help requests and as a platform to handle incoming requests to join our site. What do you like best about Drag? Drag is easy to use and has helped me and my team stay organized. What do you dislike about Drag? Figuring out the pricing was a little tricky, but their customer service was excellent and helped me along the way. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?
