What do you like best about Drag? I enjoy having an organized system that is easy for new people to follow. What do you dislike about Drag? There seems to be an issue that is causing emails to go missing. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization in a team atmosphere. What do you like best about Drag? I like the benefits of having a shared inbox. It keeps our team organized, prevents email collision, and we no longer have to cc each other on every email to access simple records. What do you dislike about Drag? Drag doesn't have access to the actual email contents, so, in our case, the search feature is pretty much useless unless we add specific information in the notes or chat section. What do you like best about Drag? The support team is great! I like the activity feature as well. Our team is still getting used to using Drag so we are still learning! What do you dislike about Drag? One thing we do wish was a feature was the ability to have subfolders/tags within the Drag board, so we don't have to physically log into the shared inbox to file emails that no longer need to be on the Drag board. It didn't recognise the email I signed up to drag with initially, I had to sign out of my other accounts before signing back into the account I want drag for. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Assigning work from emails, it made it easy to understand who is assigned to what work.

What do you like best about Drag? Simple to integrate with our systems and easy to implement across the team. I like that we can have both shared and individual boards and customise as we would like. What do you dislike about Drag? There was limited communication around what constitutes a user. I was very excited about all the features highlighted by DragApp when I first use DragApp, some of the key features for Sales CRM including the pipeline view and email automation. Keeping track of customer requests for project management, tracking customer emails, Drag helps me keep everything in it's place.

What do you like best about Drag? Decent way to share a gmail inbox without all those pesky verifications What do you dislike about Drag? Drag sends a whole lot of emails to team members during the first week What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Our team shares a gmail which led to the constant issue of other people needing to approve the email login for the person on-shift as part of the 2 step verification. Now everyone can access the shared inbox from their own email.

What do you like best about Drag? I like the chat/comment functionality to the right of the email threads, which promises to cut down on giant threads full of one-line answers that get buried. What do you dislike about Drag? There are some bugs, like inbox count disappearing.
