What do you like best about Drag? The ease of assigning messages and moving messages to various columns is helpful to track completed and in-progress tasks. What do you dislike about Drag? As of yet, it doesn't appear that I can pull up all emails associated with a particular tag. This may be possible, I just haven't figured it out yet. What do you like best about Drag? Drag has great customer service. The app itself is very useful and they pay attention to the user's suggestions. While not perfect, it is constantly being improved. What do you dislike about Drag? I do wish Drag App had other options for the source of the emails. All emails must be kept in the inbox of the main Account. This clutters the admins inbox. I would love to see the ability to use a tag for a board and not the inbox. What problems is Drag solving ...

What do you like best about Drag? The ability to relocate emails onto a page viewable by multiple people is beneficial. There are also tags and color coordination capabilities that help with organization. It eliminates the need to cc a bunch of people on an email. There's also a chat feature that can tag team members to continue to communicate with others on those priorities.
