"So Far, So Good"

What do you like best about Drag? I can see what's going on without logging out of my account. What do you dislike about Drag? Sometimes it shows a new message on the sidebar, but when I click on the board, there are no bolded messages. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps a lot when coordinating shared inboxes.

"New process for me"

What do you like best about Drag? I like all the features that are offered and I'm excited to be able to use this tool across departments to manage our work and minimize the opportunitity for duplicate work. What do you dislike about Drag? Starting up is taking some time. A lot of steps. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Multiple people across departments answering patron emails.

What do you like best about Drag? Die Möglichkeit, E-Mails per Drag-and-Drop zu verschieben und zu organisieren, ist unglaublich praktisch. What do you dislike about Drag? Anfangs war ich etwas überwältigt von der Vielzahl an Funktionen, die Drag bietet. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Drag hilft mir dabei, den Überblick über meine E-Mails und Aufgaben zu behalten. Dies ist besonders hilfreich, da ich täglich mit einer Flut von E-Mails umgehen muss.

"Excellent Gmail extension for managing a shared inbox and workflows"

What do you like best about Drag? I am one of two swim team captains, and one of our responsibilities is responding to new swimmer inquiries, scheduling their first swim with the team, and ensuring they've completed all the necessary paperwork. Before using Drag, it was challenging to keep track of who was responding to whom and where new swimmers were in the process of joining the team. "Great (free) extension for your customer support team."

What do you like best about Drag? Being able to work simultaneously live in the mailbox. Sharing drafts. Sharing templates (on the paid version). What do you dislike about Drag? It does affect your mailbox download speed. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Working from 1 helpdesk e-mail. We can work with multiple colleagues from one central mailbox, which saves a lot of time.

"Productive task management tool"

What do you like best about Drag? Whole team can manage tasks and workflow in real time using a shared inbox. What do you dislike about Drag? Inability to change subject line when responding to an email What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? So far, Drag has been a great tool for organizing multiple tasks in an efficient and simple format. Feel like this would allow for more productivity.

"Useful, works well but a bit buggy"

What do you like best about Drag? it's nice because it allows you to use the gmail interface itself to collaborate as a team. Google groups has many limitations that makes it impossible to use it, Drag removes this limitations and allows you to use google groups to collaborate. What do you dislike about Drag? "Great basics with room to grow"

What do you like best about Drag? Sharing email accounts with my staff without logging in and triggering 2FA. This also allows us to split workload into more specialized email accounts/boards. What do you like best about Drag? Colorful, clean interface and no need to log in and out of multiple email addresses. What do you dislike about Drag?
