What do you like best about Drag? It is an excenllent option when yoou handle multiples clients at the same time thats needs follow up You can include the email chain and assing pending tasks. What do you dislike about Drag? The sort of pending emails. I preffer to sort by the date the email was received instead of the date I put it on drag directory. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Remember to answer all pending emails and the associated tasks.

"Working to get organized with dedicated customer service"
What do you like best about Drag? The personalized customer service response! These days it's hard to get actual human responses that are informed or work to get informed and DragApp seems to have a team that understands this. The updates for this app are really showing as well. Faster and more stable integration. "Perfect for a Cluttered Gmail Inbox"
What do you like best about Drag? My favorite part about DragApp is its intuitive design and ability to organize an otherwise disorganized and cluttered inbox. I am a visual person, so working off of Kanban is easier for me to manage where I am at with email communication. What do you dislike about Drag? Nothing bad to say about DragApp! Great product. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Hard to find and disorganized communication.

What do you like best about Drag? Being able to turn my inbox into a Kanban board has allowed me easily schedule my day with the follow ups that I need to make. It also allows me to track the status of all of the deals that I am currently working, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What do you dislike about Drag? "Flexible enough for what I need"
What do you like best about Drag? I love the ease at which I can turn an email into a record for my Sales CRM. It really fits with what I need - and I've been through dozens of CRMs! What do you dislike about Drag? No Zapier integration yet, very basic automations, and no group email sequence ability (I'm told it's coming). What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? A simple Sales CRM, email followups post calls

"Kanban + Gmail is a killer combo"
What do you like best about Drag? Kanban layout is my favorite approach to task and project management. Centralizing those in my inbox is a "peanut butter meets chocolate" kind of pairing. What do you dislike about Drag? Would love the ability to drag cards across personal and work accounts. (Maybe that exists and I just don't know?) What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Productivity / Task Management / Grouping communications by project as a "stack"
