What do you like best about Drag? We've implemented Drag for: 1. Shared email inbox using templates integrated into Gmail. 2.Internal chats to handle email responses 3. What do you like best about Drag? My day job is in procurement, the key to keeping our plant running is communication between all levels internally and with our suppliers. "Great for organizing"

What do you like best about Drag? -The column feature is a great way to organize my inbox. Being able to separate emails into to do/doing piles is extremely helpful. -The ability to share inboxes with your team has been really beneficial to my organization. What do you like best about Drag? Interesting tool, excellent for taking control on different projects. Gives you more visibility by administrating the mails What do you dislike about Drag? What do you like best about Drag? The fact that we can concentrate all incoming mail onto one adress then dispatches them across the team. "Helps sort my email"

What do you like best about Drag? Having several columns to sort email as they come is is great. I use additional columns of "To Do", "Waiting response" and "To read". It's so easy to move emails around between these. Also its easy to add a new item that isn't an email. I feel more in control of my emails. What do you dislike about Drag?
