What do you like best about Drag? Having several columns to sort email as they come is is great. I use additional columns of "To Do", "Waiting response" and "To read". It's so easy to move emails around between these. Also its easy to add a new item that isn't an email. I feel more in control of my emails. What do you dislike about Drag?
