"Saves a bunch of time"

What do you like best about Drag? I can very quickly see the status of everything through multiple boards. What do you dislike about Drag? Sometimes I have to reload Gmail or turn the Drag slider on and off in order to be able to open an email in a shared inbox. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? We were constantly triggering 2FA logging in and out of each others email accounts. It's great not to deal with that.

What do you like best about Drag? Being able to work efficiently with multiple team members in a Gmail shared inbox using its collaborative features like assignments, tasks, chats, notes, and internal discussions are very helpful. The Kanban board offers a visual way to speed up task workflow by dragging to different columns. What do you dislike about Drag? Since the Drag Tags are not the same as the labels based on the Gmail shared inbox, one has to recreate all the Gmail shared inbox ...

"Great way to avoid triggering 2FA when multiple people use an account"

What do you like best about Drag? I don't need to log in and out of many different email accounts. What do you dislike about Drag? I can't change the subject when replying through a shared inbox. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves time logging in and out of emails.

What do you like best about Drag? Board organisation, it's great seeing an overview of different workflows. What do you dislike about Drag? Nothing, it's great. Perhaps colour coding the titles of each different board would be helpful, but that's not a major dislike. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Organisation: it's easier to keep track of emails with the board system rather than endlessly scrolling to find different email chains.

What do you like best about Drag? The kanban board system is an excellent feature of managing team functions into an organizational way. What do you dislike about Drag? We are losing some when merging, kind of glitch and lost. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? By using the parent merging card feature we now have organized our inbox much better.

What do you like best about Drag? The collaboration tools - everything from notes, attachments, tagging, kanban views, and more make working in a shared space with teams a breeze. It turned our email account into a "dashboard" of sorts which allowed people to very quickly and efficiently monitor the status of emails and prioritize. What do you dislike about Drag? What do you like best about Drag? Cutting edge Google Workspace integration. Being able to add individual e-mails to a board without forwarding or CC saves lots of time. Setup took me a while since I have multiple domains on the Google backend, but everything is working. The few issues I have had, I could access live support within a few minutes, which has tremendous value to me. "Drag app has enabled better internal communication for our NFP organisation."

What do you like best about Drag? Being an NFP we don't have a lot of resources, but Drag lets us manage our time better by allowing emails to be flagged, commented and assigned to teams and individuals.
