What do you like best about Drag? My day job is in procurement, the key to keeping our plant running is communication between all levels internally and with our suppliers. "Easy to organise mail"

What do you like best about Drag? It allows separation of different categories What do you dislike about Drag? It didn't recognise the email I signed up to drag with initially, I had to sign out of my other accounts before signing back into the account I want drag for. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Assigning work from emails, it made it easy to understand who is assigned to what work.

"Simple and Easy but limited"

What do you like best about Drag? Simple to integrate with our systems and easy to implement across the team. I like that we can have both shared and individual boards and customise as we would like. What do you dislike about Drag? There was limited communication around what constitutes a user. What do you like best about Drag? -The column feature is a great way to organize my inbox. Being able to separate emails into to do/doing piles is extremely helpful. -The ability to share inboxes with your team has been really beneficial to my organization.
