"Love Drag!"

What do you like best about Drag? I love how easy it makes my job and that it is super easy to use, specifically, the collaborative shared inboxes that my team and I can access! What do you dislike about Drag? That you have to pay to get more features. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that I am solving with Drag is completing tasks (shared amongst team members) - this makes quicker and more efficient use of my time.

What do you dislike about Drag? The only factor I don't like is the stream of emails from drag. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Simplified Tasklist and easy to use interface.

What do you like best about Drag? It helps us as an organization be more productive because of a more structured approach to communicating via email. As a winery with a pan India sales force, it is often hard to keep track on various project updates. Using the 'boards' feature on the drag app helps us monitor all communication related to a specific topic with ease, which in turn helps our teams be more responsive and ultimately effective in executing their tasks. What do you like best about Drag? We've implemented Drag for: 1. Shared email inbox using templates integrated into Gmail. 2.Internal chats to handle email responses 3. Assigning tasks and organizing project managment For organizations that are very email-driven using Gmail / GSuite, Drag is a great tool. I'm using Drag to organize all my tasks driven by emails from internal and external people. I've also found customer support to be incredibly accessible! What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about Drag? Before using Drag, our team was using a shared community inbox which was challenging to organize and track. We couldn't keep track of follow-ups and deadlines. What do you like best about Drag? I like that my admin can sort emails similarly to how we use Trello, and keep me on high priority emails. We are an Agile company, and Drag works with Agile fundamentals What do you dislike about Drag? That it does move slow when toggling bw my inbox and drag. "Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Drag? Being able to organise my emails and keep them separate. Especially like the columns which makes everything easy for me to see. What do you dislike about Drag? Features a bit hard to navigate at first but great when you get used to it What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to keep track of everything in our shared inbox makes everything much simpler for us.
