Peace of mind
I purchased the remote support help to transfer the data from Android to IPhone. Although it took few hours to transfer the data but the agent helped to do it smoothly.Its a peace of mind now for me to see all my data in new IPhone. Thank you team for helping me out.

Great customer service!
I contacted Wondershare customer service regarding an issue I was having with Dr. Fone and its functionality between my iPhone, MacBook, and Android phone. Everyone I communicated with was very professional and knowledgable, and my problem was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

iPhone 13 Pro Max MMS Transfer from Android
I purchased a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and no one at AT&T or Apple Support could transfer my MMS messages from my Android. Dr. Phone did it flawlessly in minutes. They ended my nightmare for $39. Don't tell them, but I would have paid $1000!

The product does not work
I asked the Customer Service Team for a refund because the product did not work on my specific device.I got a quick and good response from John who transferred me to Yulisa.The response was kind and respectful and after understanding the case and clarifying it, they decided to give me a full refund.I am very pleased and thank them for their support

Wondershare Dr Fone did not work to…
Wondershare Dr Fone did not work to unlock my iPhone. Customer service was nice trying to help and offered me a refund. That was 3 weeks ago; still no refund and no answer back from Wondershare. Not the way to do business.Update: Refund was received as promised! That said, I would highly recommend Dr. Fone especially; I have a feeling it would have worked had I not tried other unlock methods first. Thanks Wondershare!
