It just works

We've used Dotdigital for our email marketing for over 5 years now and I still really rate the platform and the people. It just works. The system is great, the support is very efficient and the people are very helpful.

A few issues but customer service is flawless

The platform has experienced some minor issues and could benefit from enhancements. However, the team, especially our account manager, provides outstanding support, and their customer service is impeccable. The platform's capabilities are impressive, and we are eager to see the ongoing developments.

Our account manager, Sean, handled our request, efficiently and with no fuss, keeping us informed all the way. The DotDigital platform is easy to use and seamless.

Great support team

Great experience overall using the platform. Set up was very easy and ample training was provided by Anna and we have continued support from Amit, our account manager, moving forwards. I think the only improvements could be made to the email design area as this isn't as intuitive as some other platforms - minor niggle though as the platforms capability has been fantastic.
