Superstar

Our Customer Success Manager Chris Ash is a superstar. He always goes above and beyond to assist us and ensures we are getting the most out of Dot Digital. We recently went through a site upgrade and Chris and the team supported us ensuring the connector was installed, mapping configured, customer and order data was migrated correctly and emails working. We feel that Chris is an extension of our team and value all he does for us.

Great platform and account management

We've been working with DotDigital for over 2 years. Their support team is very efficient and quickly resolves issues. Amit, our account manager, always has lots of ideas how to improve our CRM system and drive more sales. The whole team is very helpful and professional!

Dedicated account management

I have worked with dotdigital for a number of years but recently have been working with Sean Ardley as our account manager. I have been so impressed with Sean, who has been really super diligent and efficient. Renewing for another year has been such a smooth process and even though we are a small client, we've been really looked after. Great service :)

I used 4 or 5 marketing solutions for emails, automations and chat, Dotdigital is the best. It is simply to use but incredibly full featured, everything just works. Any issues I have are solved promptly with a great chat team that isn't a farm out service to somewhere else. Plus my monthly one on one meeting is continually helpful in pushing my success further. Great product

We've been partnered with DotDigital for many years. Their solution has always delivered what we need, in an easy to use and simple way. We find it's very quick and easy to bring new colleagues up to speed on the DotDigital platform, which definitely sets them apart from others.
