Only have positive things to say

I have been working with Dotdigital for almost 2 years now and only have positive things to say about the platform and the relationship I have with our two account managers. The platform itself is very user-friendly, allowing for an easy email build process, scheduling, and reporting. Exactly what you need

For the volume of emails we send to our database on a monthly basis, DotDigital is reasonably priced. The software is extremely user friendly whether that's navigating round the system, managing lists, creating visual reports, or building campaigns. The personal customer support is also excellent - we have had a good experience with our Account Manager Pandora.

Great high quality email marketing platform

I have used Dot Digital in previous role and brought them onboard when i started this role. I find their email platform and services extremely easy to use and even if you dont have an coding experience. a huge range of other features have helped our business deliver more through our email marketing channel and has been a great asset to the business.

Jay Jones

Jay is a fabulous account manager. He's always great at sharing any new updates on the platform and really clear in explaining the changes. He is always on hand to help with any requests and will happily chase if we are waiting on anything. He is also very supportive on making sure we are getting the most out of the platform. In our catch ups he's always helpful in letting us know in advance if we are reaching any limits with our account - couldn't recommend any more.
