I really do rate DotDigital. The platform is easy to use and makes building email campaigns very quick and easy with a simple drag and drop interface. Data segments and programs are easy to implement and managing contacts is easy as well. Easy to use

Easy to use, great support & service. I've used Dotdigital for 3 years & found it great to work with. The team are hugely supportive, the platform receives regular updates & the help is there when you need it. There are so many tools to use (such as integrations with Google Ads & social), I haven't the bandwidth to use them all yet but hope to in the future.

The BEST support and great platform

We're so excited to get going with the dotdigital platform! We've been working to transition from our existing platform for the past couple of months and the team could not have been more knowledgable, helpful and patient. They really go above and beyond. Great email solution

What do you like best? The software is pretty simple to use. Creating great email are easy and quick. The integration with our system was a bit tricky, but the dotdigital team was great in making sure everything got connected correctly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to monitor your email campaigns is very easy to use. The overall ranking potential customers with email interaction has been critical to our business. The ability to export lists to Excell makes marketing meetings easier. It's really great for managing address books and targeting segments. What do you dislike? I have worked with both Beatrice and Jo at Dotdigital and have received the best customer support I have experienced in my time working with digital platforms.DD is user-friendly, has a multitude of excellent features and is all round a superior product to its competitors that I have used (which are many).
