Great Service
Great email marketing product and service is excellent too! The support team is really prompt in getting back and does help solve a lot of technical problems that we had. Our CSM, Eunice is also really helpful in managing our queries and giving us feedback on our email campaigns.

Chris Ash was very helpful in supporting our email marketing campaigns. He helped with automated flow logic, recommended product blocks, audience segmentation and suggested improvements to our campaigns. I have learnt a lot from him and he is very knowledgeable. The support team at DotDigital are also very quick to jump on issues that arise and provide easy-to-understand instructions on how to solve them.
