Great platform and superb service
We have worked with Dotdigital for a number of years and find the platform extremely user friendly and intuitive. I have trained more than a few new recruits and they all pick up the platform features with extreme ease. Our account manager Jonathan is a great and very attentive to our business needs. We have been using Dotdigital for about 5 years and we couldn't be happier! Their support is the best in the business and respond very quickly and have resolved everything that we have thrown at them. Their representatives are great as well and really want you to succeed. All in all, this is a great ESP company and I would recommend them to any type of eCommerce business, big or small!

I have been extremely impressed with the DotDigital products and the training and support from the DotDigital team. The DotDigital platform is very easy to use, and the employees I've dealt with are well-versed on how to help subscribers succeed.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use, intuitive product, and good support (always got a reply within a few minutes). Strong recommend if you are looking for something that can do a lot of different things (integrations, transactional emails, SMS, plus the usual) but is easy to pick up and crack on with.

Wonho is awesome!
We’ve had such a wonderful experience using Dotdigital so far, but that’s primarily due to our Customer Success Manager, Wonho Kim. He has been incredibly supportive and patient with my team as we are fairly new to email marketing. Great 2 years+ with Dotdigital
We've been using Dotdigital for a few years now. Interface is straightforward and encourages creativity and personalization in content, timing and segmentation. Customer Success Manager Chris has also been very helpful in setting up our account from day 1 to make sure our campaigns and efforts are always profitable. Can't wait to use all of Dotdigital's features moving forward.

Great Account Management
We have been with Dot Digital for a number of years now, Dominic Kavanagh has been a great customer success manager and is always on hand to help with issues when needed. The platform is really easy to use and the integration with custom CRM platforms via API is really useful to constantly refresh data and audiences. All in all, top notch.
