Fantastic platform & great team
I've had the pleasure of working with Dotdigital a couple of times in my career and the platform is one of the best out there. It's incredible easy to use, from creating emails to reporting - it makes our jobs a lot easier. Essential to our business
I have had the pleasure of working with Dotdigital for almost 5 years, and would definitely still recommend it to those in the industry. The platform is easy to use, and powerful enough to do everything we need it to. Their 27/4 live chat is an incredibly helpful asset that has saved me numerous times. But their biggest asset must be their team. We have had great account managers, including Kayla who is our account manager at the moment. They all definitely feel like an extention of our team.

I've been using Dotdigital for over a year now, finding it reliable and robust. Firstly, the delivery system is much better than on other platforms, I used before, so the volume of soft bounced emails have been decreased. Prompt Service, Great Product
We've been using dot digital for the last 3 years for marketing automation and email marketing, the user experience of Dot Digital is good and we have no issue with onboarding it. It was simple and clear! Our account manager, Chris Ash is very helpful and quick to response with any questions we have. We have a delightful experience working with the entire Dot Digital team!

Great platform
The platform has such a wide scope; the main website's help section is fantastic and has so much information. The tailored account help and the monthly training opportunities held by the trainers are a great resource.

We Couldn't Recommend Dotdigital Enough!!
We love Dotdigital and the helpful team. Kayla is our CSM and she is always there for support and guidance to drive revenue. They have the best live chat support also for those tech questions or any issues that may occur. The drop and drag and customisation is great for really segmenting and personalising content for customers. Strongly recommend.

Dotdigital provide amazing support
I have worked with Dotdigital in both the UK and Australia and cannot recommend them enough! The team in both countries have been incredibly supportive and helpful and having customer support at your fingertips is invaluable. Our current account manager in Aus, Kayla Wilks, is fab - she gives brilliant support and is always willing to help us problem solve.

DotDigital overall is a good email marketing platform with all the right email building, automations and analytics basics as well as unique features including advanced customer analytics from CLV calculations to persona breakdowns.
