Fast and responsive service
We have been working with Dotdigital for years and it has been a pleasant experience. Our Client Success Manager Eunice is very responsive and helpful, would be even better if there are more manpower in the Development team to expedite some integration tickets.

Platform is rather user-friendly, training materials are comprehensive, and chat support is helpful when asked the right questions. Customer Success Manager, Eunice, is also very quick in getting to our queries and providing overall support.

Comprehensive platform led by Responsive team
Using DD for north asia projects, the platform is easy to use and dashboard shows comprehensive analytics. But what builds on to that is the awesome lead (special shoutout to Eunice) who is prompt on servicing our team and thoroughly breaks down the analytics to explain how we can further enhance our comms throughout the consumer journey.

Great platform and great team!
The Dot Digital team provide great support and have always been so responsive, answering all my questions in a timely and helpful manner (in particular our Customer Success Manager Chris Ash!). Working with Chris and the team and using the power of the Dot Digital platform, I've been able to help improve our company's eDM performance. I've found the platform intuitive, help guides are easy to follow and when I can't solve an issue myself the support team are there to provide timely support.

Amazing to work with
Dotdigital has been amazing to work with! Our Customer Success Manager Chris has made things so easy for us & is always happy to help at the drop of a hat. The platform itself offers a wide vary of marketing tools which continue to grow and adapt with the current trends/market. Their support team are also always very helpful & are quick to resolve any issue you might have.

Great platform & team
The platform was very intuitive to use and it included very useful features. We had a great account manager and worked closely with Chris, who was always so diligent and insightful and was a pleasure to work with. The live chat was always available for support, which was always very helpful too!
