Excellent knowledge base and Great support
I have been using Dotdigital since 2021 and experience has been very positive. Dotdigital has an excellent knowledge base of email marketing. The platform is regularly enhanced and updated to keep up with market developments. Self-help documentation is extensive but when we need to speak with someone, professional help is readily available. Dotdigital is a great platform! Excellent support.
Dotdigital is a great platform and their customer support is excellent. Eloise, our customer success manager, was super helpful in helping us learn the platform, and I really valued the one-on-one sessions I had with her. I also enjoyed the face-to-face workshops for learning and networking.

What do you like best about Dotdigital? Dotdigital has been easy for me to understand and use and has been a useful way for me to reach out to potential clients. The Templates are an excellent starting point and are easy to adapt to fit my marketing objective.

"Makes Email Campaigns a Breeze"
What do you like best about Dotdigital? User-friendly platform that is easy to learn and to navigate around. Building email campagns is easy. Customer service has always been very helpful and friendly when needed. Some fun features in regards to data such as the heat-map to show popular click-throughs.

Fantastic Account Management!!
I have been using Dotdigital for around 5 years now and it has been amazing seeing the platform grow. I haven't come across a platform that allows you to build EDMs in so much detail with such ease. I recently attended the Dotdigtial summit and it was a brilliant day of networking and sharing best practice. The morning consisted of inspiring speakers and in the afternoon we were able to attend smaller talks most relevant to our areas of work. I learned so much from the day and left feeling optimistic about the opportunities of email and digital marketing in my current role. And the food was really good. Would highly recommend!

Dot Digital is a great platform with a lot of potential. I enjoy the well-thought design and features which stand out in the competition. They are committed to train and elevate their customers skills with regular webinar and best practices emails. The customer support team do an excellent job.
