"User experience and email marketing at its best"
What do you like best about Dotdigital? I love the ease of using the platform and also the great support we receive as a user. There are lots of helpful guides and when you get really stuck you get access to a product specialist very quickly. Our account manager has been great and very helpful in solving what we found as complex issues.

Dedicated Customer Support
DotDigital is by far the best email marketing platform I have ever used (and I've used a lot). Not only is the general user interface adaptive, but Wonho, our dedicated Customer Success Manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. As we meet with him biweekly, he's become an tremendous asset and resource to our team. Won often identifies integral consumer 'Segments' to utilize and ways to improve automations. We really can't thank him enough.

Very Happy with Alyssa and Dot Digital
We have been with Dot Digital for over 5 years.Our account Manager of late, Alyssa, is key to our success with this robust platform. We have recently on-boarded a new hire to our marketing team and Alyssa has been a guiding light to get her up to speed and in the groove with our email program Alyssa's patience and thorough knowledge of Dot Digital have been so reassuring.
